Etherealize covers 100% of employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for full-time employees, and 25% for dependents. Coverage begins immediately on Day 1 with no waiting period.
You’ll have the flexibility to choose from plans across Aetna and Kaiser for medical coverage, and Guardian for dental & vision coverage. You also have access to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and elective insurance options, including accident coverage.

We offer flexible, unlimited paid time off, with a recommended guideline of 20 days per year in addition to our company-wide holidays. We encourage everyone to take time to rest, recharge, and return inspired.

We automatically include a $1,500 stipend in your first paycheck so you can purchase the equipment you need, like a laptop, monitor, or ergonomic setup. Anything you buy with it is yours to keep. Etherealize doesn’t issue separate hardware — we trust you to choose what’s best for your setup.
