• [20%] Architect and execute marketing strategy. Launch narrative campaigns (earned, owned, paid) that reinforce Ethereum’s leadership across policy, tech, and finance audiences.
• [20%] Messaging & thought leadership. Write op-eds, polish exec keynotes, and keep a tight narrative across web, email, and event decks.
• [10%] Analytics & iteration. Track what resonates, AB-test hooks, and use data to double down on high-leverage channels.

Who Are You?

• Elite X poster and polished communicator. You can weave a 280-character zinger and a 20-page policy brief without breaking stride.
• Crypto native. You speak rollups, MEV, and FIT21 fluently — and can translate for normies.
• Full-stack marketer. You’ve run at least one integrated campaign end-to-end (strategy → creative → distribution → analytics) and the campaign had a meaningful impact on the business’s bottom line.
• High-context operator. You move at lightning speed, thrive without hand-holding, and maintain tight feedback loops by default.
