What Will You Do?

You’ll work directly with our Head of Operations and broader management team to keep the company humming and scale our systems as we grow:

• Own operational workflows across functions. Manage critical day-to-day operational processes and tasks across HR, legal, finance, IT, and business operations.
• Architect Etherealize’s tools and systems. Set up internal tools and software (e.g., Notion, GDrive, payroll, compliance systems), keeping data updated and processes documented.
• Manage central knowledge compendium. Codify institutional knowledge by documenting internal workflows ruthlessly, helping to facilitate a well-oiled remote-first company.
• Drive high-impact special projects. Partner with the Head of Operations on strategic projects (e.g., fundraising, business development) and process design that improve how we operate as we scale.
• Manage reporting dashboards. Track each team’s performance against quarterly goals, identify ways to get initiatives back on track and surface opportunities for improvement.
